1. Subscription

SiteSnipe Pro is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through Stripe or PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled.

2. No Refunds — All Sales Final

All payments to SiteSnipe are final and non-refundable. This includes the initial charge and every renewal, whether or not the service was used. Because SiteSnipe delivers digital data access immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated returns for any billing period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops all future billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-period refunds are issued.

4. Data & Accuracy

SiteSnipe surfaces publicly available business information from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any lead, nor any specific business outcome or income.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SiteSnipe and any data it provides in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy regulations. You are responsible for how you contact the businesses you find.
